Mingu Kang is the Founder and CEO of ARIS Technology, where he leads the development of advanced robotic 3D metrology systems for aerospace, automotive, and defense manufacturing. Under his leadership, ARIS has focused on automating large-scale inspection through the integration of robotics, multi-sensor data collection, and intelligent software, enabling scalable quality control solutions for mission-critical components.
Mr. Kang has over a decade of experience in 3D scanning and data-driven manufacturing, with ARIS conducting extensive R&D in automated metrology and robotic inspection. He has been invited to present and publish as a subject matter expert at organizations including the North American Die Casting Association (NADCA) and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). He has also presented on the application of using metrology for AI in additive manufacturing at multiple conferences.
